2. Public Business Listings & Open Spatial Data

The business names, street addresses, coordinates, and contact details published on iCafes.net pertain to publicly accessible commercial venues, internet cafes, coworking hubs, and municipal Wi-Fi kiosks. This information is indexed from public open datasets (including OpenStreetMap contributors under ODbL, City of New York Open Data, and Wikidata) or submitted voluntarily by venue operators and community users.

We do not publish non-public private personal data. If you are a business owner or representative and wish to update, modify, or remove your establishment's contact details or photos, please refer to Section 7 below.

3. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies

We use third-party advertising companies, including Google AdSense (Publisher ID: pub-3078943133615985), to serve advertisements when you visit our website.

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on iCafes.net.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

4. Google Analytics (GA4)

5. Geolocation Data

When you activate our "Near Me" search feature, your browser requests permission to access your geographic coordinates. This calculation occurs strictly client-side within your browser to sort nearby cafes by distance. We do not store, log, or transmit your real-time GPS coordinates to our backend servers.

6. Third-Party Street View & Media Privacy

Venue imagery may include client-side interactive links or previews through Google Street View or public domain archives. All Street View imagery is captured, maintained, and processed by Google LLC in public thoroughfares. If any exterior imagery inadvertently captures private property, license plates, or unblurred faces, you may request blurring directly through Google Maps ("Report a problem") or notify us to unlink the image preview.

Google Sign-in, Favorites & Community Notes

Google sign-in shares your Google account identifier, verified email address, name and profile image with iCafes to identify your account. We use a secure session cookie lasting up to one hour. Guest favorites stay in your browser; signed-in favorites are stored on our server against your Google account identifier so you can access them across devices.

Community notes and ratings are reviewed before publication. Approved notes display your name, rating, note and posting date; your email address is available to the site administrator for moderation and is not published with your note. You can request removal of your favorites or notes using the contact details below.

Venue photos supplied through Google Maps load from Google and display contributor attribution. The Uber link opens Uber with the venue destination and asks Uber to use your current pickup location. Uber handles its own location permissions and booking process.

7. Right to Erasure, Correction & Inquiries

Business operators, intellectual property owners, or users may request verification, correction, or permanent removal of any listing or media at any time by contacting:
